Friday was the last day I attended CFW and after coming home really late thursday night from By Marlene Birger after party, I felt really ill and missed a few shows in the morning. Here is the schedule of friday´s shows:15-16 Designer`s Nest 16-17 Riis/Johanna Pihl 17-18 Moonspoon Saloon 18-19 GAIA 19-20 BARBARA Í GONGINI 21-22 TABERNACLE TWINS
DESIGNER´S NESTPHOTOS | BY ME
The first show I attended was Designer´s Nest and there were a few really talented young designers. What is Designer´s Nest? Well, Designer´s Nest is a competition where all students from different designer school in Scandinavian are given the chance to show their collection at Copenhagen Vision Fashion Fair during CFW. Although there is just one winner, this is a great opportunity for all the young designers to show their collection to global buyers, the press and fashionistas. The winner of this competition got a cash prize of DKK 50,000, and top 3 were offered exhibition space at the VISION fair for two seasons. Here is the list of all the designers schools:
- AALTO UNIVERSITY of ART & DESIGN, Helsinki, Finland
- ESMOD OSLO, Oslo, Norway
- OSLO NATIONAL ACADEMY of the ARTS, Oslo, Norway
- ICELAND ACADEMY of the ARTS, Reykjavik, Iceland
- BECKMANS COLLEGE of DESIGN, Stockholm, Sweden
- SWEDISH SCHOOL of TEXTILES, Borås, Sweden
- KEA SCHOOL of DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY, Copenhagen, Denmark
- KOLDING SCHOOL OF DESIGN, Kolding, Denmark
- THE ROYAL ACADEMY, SCHOOL of DESIGN, Copenhagen, Denmark
- TEKO DESIGN+BUSINESS, Herning, Denmark
STINE RIIS & JOHANNA PIHL

After Design´s Nest, it was time for Riis& Johanna Pihl fashion show. The press bus I sat on that drove from Design´s Nest to this show was really late so I basically missed all the Stine Riise´s show. I was really disappointed and was looking forward to see Riis´s collection. Stine Riis won H&M´s Design Award during 2012, got the opportunity to show her collection at Stockholm Fashion Week and was given the chance to sell 15 pieces from her collection in selection H&M stores. Riis also won €50,000 at this competition. I´m sure I will see much more of Stine Riis through the years.

I really enjoyed the femininity in Johanna Pihl´s collection. The detailed rebinds permeated the majority of the collection in a flirty, sexy way but at the same time sophisticated way. This collection works great for fancy dinners and for a night out. Great job Johanna Pihl!

NO MORE CHOCOLATE BY MOONSPOON SALOON
MoonSpoon Saloon´s fashion show was located at TAP 2 and started around 17. I got the honers to sit on the front road and snapped a few good pics. Two words that describes this collection in the best way is : Happiness and color. This collection made me smile, with all the its fluffy and colorful details, specially the pointy hats that looked like chocolate topping. This collection was really creative, unique and playful. If you want to dress different, wear no more chocolate by MoonSpoon Saloon.

GAIAPHOTOS| BY ME
The idea behind GAIA´s collection was to trigger the audience to think outside the box and beyond the surface. This collection was rich with clean lines, minimalistic look and colorful details. I fall in love with the styling and all the hidden details in every piece. The black shoes with the golden helmet did the collection very cool and edgy. I also really like that GAIA used white socks along with the black shoes in every outfit. It made the collection very feminine with an edgy touch.
BARBARA Í GONGINIPHOTOS| BY ME
Around 19-ish it was time for BARBARA Í GONGINI´s show that was also located at TAP 2. It was a bit chaotic at the entrance because nobody knew exactly where the bloggers were sited. After some time of confusion, all the audience were sited and the show started. This collection was very artistic and unique. Colors that dominated this collection was neon yellow, grey and black.

LOST TRAILS OF MAHARANI BY TABERNACLE TWINS
Fridays last fashion show was Tabernacle Twins at the Gallery. The designer of Tabernacle Twins, Vibe Lundemark is often inspired of traveling and adventures and for this collection it was time to get the inspiration from India. Tabernacle Twins is a big fan of landscapes, random combination and surreal wonderland and this brand´s signature is the playful colors. I fell in love with the color combination and all the details in basically all the items. This collection is both creative, unique and wearable at the same time.
